Q: How do I wash my dog products?

You may machine wash or hand wash your collar, leash, harness, poop bag and bow tie. We recommend a mild detergent, and a temperature no more than 30 degrees Celsius. Hang, or lay flat to dry. We recommend using a garment wash bag and using a gentle setting when washing these products by machine. 

Please note that no dog product is indestructible. 

Q: How long will my order take to arrive? 

Once you have placed your order and it has been paid for, we aim to dispatch within 1 working day. Allow a further 3-14 business days for this to reach you via mail.

During busy sale periods and peak seasonal occasions, please allow up to 4 working days to dispatch your order.
